A few rooms were ok because of this but other than they stole everything ... every light fixture, door knob, faucet, tore out dry wall to get to copper etc. 

The market around me has been super dry over the past 2 years though, with many of the homes just not having the numbers work out. 

That requires about a day for it dry.

Also due to hiring at the chemical and oil plants.Yes, I know the jobs could dry up, but the investment required is pretty small for the possible returns, so I think it should be relatively safe with a good possibility of high profits.Matthew, this type of park would be different from the campground type, because the renters would be staying longer term, rather than just for the weekend and leaving.

My advice is to get in, but keep some dry powder.

They will suck you dry of any positive cash flow.

The issue is, washer and dryer combo (not the stackable, the one where you can wash and dry without taking out) is my only option for now since the unit does not have vent.
