Coastal Carolina SFR
Hi BP! I'm looking for a vacation home on the Carolina coast that could potentially be used as an AirBnB setup in the future. What neighborhoods are popular around the SC/NC state line on the coast?
So far, I'm looking around Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Little River (SC), Calabash, Carolina Shores, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte (NC). I don't want to be right on the beach (hurricanes too scary), but within a short bike ride of the beaches would be ideal. Golf communities are okay - really just want an area that is family friendly and walkable.
I do have an agent I'm working with down there, but wanted to poll the audience for any investor-minded insights. Thanks in advance! Happy New Year!

Northern Myrtle Beach would be a great area. I saw a HGTV show where they featured the Cherry Grove area which looks nice. Also what about Carolina Beach? I've heard good things about this area.
Maybe in addition to Bikes you offer a golf cart too to get from the house to the beach?
