I was planning to attend dental school this fall, but was waitlisted at two different schools, so I'm now going to graduate school for a year before reapplying and that is my plan for my career.

I suggest you attend your local REIA if there is one in your area.

I have a colleague from my national guard unit who purchased his first 4-bed house at age 20 and rented out 3 bedrooms for enough to make his payment and cover all expenses, plus a little profit for himself while he attends college. 

I'm looking for someone able to attend viewings, take photos and videos of property conditions and upload them to google drive.

This would be another great baby step into investing with first hand experience.My current plan is to attend local REIA meetups, continue analyzing deals daily, continue reading daily, and network with many people!

@Dorien GrayHello,Looks Like you attended a seminar in tax sales and whole selling.The answers to your tax sale questions depend heavily on the state where you want to buy.Some of your questions, while good, make me think that you may need some more basic understanding of things.With so many questions, you would recommend you look for a book on tax sales in Amazon and read atLest the first chapters.

I would attend meetups locally and get to know other people who are a few steps ahead of you.
