newbie in RE world looking for connections

Hallo Bigger pockets family. I am from Crown Point ,IN. I am very new to the RE world .For two years I have been reading a lot of articles and discussions here and attending webinars to see if this is the right place for me. I finally got the courage to buy 2 rentals in Indianapolis .Now I am very interested in flipping and selling but need help with evaluating the rehab expenses and if it is gonna payoff when sold(before placing an offer) especially in current Corona situation. I also need connections with contractors or handyman in the area to help in this journey .
