In your experience is it worth spending about $1000 to fix up (paint, landscape, change some fixtures etc) for potential sale or is this money down the drain?

It will cup upward very quickly because of moisture coming in through the concrete.

The last place that sold was 3/2/2006 and it sold for 380000 for the same exact unit, except it had some upgraded floors and light fixtures.
