Your best source for answer to the questions Karen has posted, is yourself, local investors, and local realtors, web sites can help with numbers, but cant give you answers. you need to gather that Data from multiple sources and sites and put that into a single answer to those questions.

I have been scouring the web and found one that seems to good to be true.- 17 lots ($200 per lot)- 100% occupancy- 0 seller owned homes- tenants pay city sewer/water/metered electric- Annual taxes = $1300- Owner asking $265kIt seems like I would only have to pay for trash and lawn care.

I have been reviewing different software programs and am currently on a 7 day test period with "Rent Manager"....I have also looked at "Point2" and some free spreadsheets on the web.
