when you make a post like this you are going to get hit with a lot of scammers.DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE... all fee's come out of closing anyone asking for good faith .. due diligence .. app fee 99% they are scammers be careful  from what you describe you are going to have a hard time finding a legit lender you need to amass some capital

I don't think you can upload a photo from the app, but if you log in through your browser you should be able to.

There might be more to the story depending on the property and where you're getting your information from.A lot of "for rent" listings on sites like Zillow, Craigslist, etc. aren't made by the homeowner, they're made by sites like Apartments.com or some new rental app looking for new clients, etc.
