Commission Advance pros and cons

I was approached by an agent regarding using a commission advance service and I advised them to do their research high and low on them because there are a lot of money hungry scams out there and he came back to me with an option out there by Legion Funding called the Commission Advance Program (CAP). I have also asked around because they have a local office and had nothing but great feedback so is it too good to be true? Has anyone on here used them before? I even called them and was greeted by professional sounding individuals that even gave me their direct cell phone numbers if i had any questions. www.legionfunding.net is their website if anyone would like to dig around for me or themselves. Thank you very much in advance!
