New flooring, fixtures, and appliances throughout the main house.

The units are a 2 bed, 1.5 bath and a 3 bed 1.5 bath, all newly renovated with high-end appliances. 

They would rather sell a home for $750k and throw in fencing/appliances instead of reducing the sales price to $730k. 

Can I charge my tenant for repairs to the dishwasher because they used regular dish soap instead of dishwaster detergent? The dishwasher was brand new when they moved in 2 years ago.

Still have to budget for roof, hvac, appliances, hot water heater, bath and kitchen remodel, etc.

For my California property I think it's underestimating it - it doesn't consider the condition of the property (completely renovated and appliances are new).

Students are not the most caring when it comes to doors appliances etc.

Put on stainless steel appliances.

If you have four 2bed/1bath units with the same appliances, split it four ways and call it a day.

Title, photographer, stager, home inspection, roofer, foundation co, GC, any other trade---electrician, plumber etc, landscaper, furniture company, hard money lender, wholesaler, concierge type service, mover, painter, appliance company, the list goes on and on and on.
