There is a reason most REITs and institutional investors prefer large apartment complexes- they are easier to manage effectively with a staff.

Very affordable and their staff are always friendly and helpful. 

But one thing I will say, Chad and his reservoir of talented staff, colleagues and partners do exhaust themselves to make sure they find the right funding for your deals.

Might mention it to @Brandon Turner he can at least get it to the staff. :) 

Many of us accountants have clients worldwide.

Especially once you get into the 60 unit+ space a good pm will be able to manage all of your onsite staff. 

A lot of huge, worldwide manufacturers are headed there because they have that lowest energy costs in the world.

They unloaded their Risk position to the unsuspecting Public, who Buys this crap, again Worldwide, thinking that the Monthly Income is Safe until the next Trigger that causes, the Worldwide downturn in all the Economies.
