I have a great role model in my father, who invests in real estate locally- and I hope to get my feet wet in this game in 2017.

This would be structured as my time for infomartion and advice.I see the value of jumping in with a solid plan in place but getting my feet wet and running with it.  

Anything to get my feet wet in the investment game and then more then likley use the BRRRR method to continue the process. 

While that goal is the ultimate goal, I first want to get my feet wet in other areas of REI.  

I am looking to get my feet wet now and build something for retirement. 

I've been wanting to "get in the game" for a while now, just to become a player and get my feet wet, so not really looking for gobs of cash flow immediately (although the property should be cash-flow positive right off the bat, right?).

I have been a big fan of Bigger Pockets (particularly the podcasts) for over a year now and am excited to finally get my feet wet.  

You may also want to ask the plumber for photos of the 'hairline crack' (cough) and also ask how this crack is affecting the utility of the commode (ie is it leaking).

Coughed up another $2K above where we thought we'd be for closing, plus all the extra we paid waiting around and extending....the lender closed the loan in 25 days.  25 days.  

Bird-doggin is how I started and that's where I feel comfortable right now but I know I eventually have to get in there and get my feet wet.
