I have a whole domain name and Web site just for my rental business, and I use the email provided by my Web host. 

I believe Buildium will probably be my choice when I do a web property management service.

It’s easy to print a check and clean you out.Do yourself a favor and stay off the web when looking for money.

However with today's tools on the Web you can invest in real estate all over the country where it makes sense. 

I have read a few post but was back on 5 or 8 years ago.For 2023 what web do you use to marketing your rental beside Zillow.I will started myself: I use Facebook but so far no luck, got so many random people ask but all the the dead end.What about you

Are you checking to make sure that the web designer has used the appropriate security protocols?  

Account Closed  you would be amazed at who is not who they appear to be when it comes to people posting on BP and other on line forums.. this is not the first case of this I have seen on BP.. and certainly won't be the last.. they usually change last name a little to keep google search's from digging up past potential issues.You need to be a brick and mortar lender normally to have Accurant account.. or a PI or Lawyer etc.. its a great skip trace tool... its the lexus nexus product. and can be not good in the wrong hands as well.
