As an investor all of your real estate should be in entities, not in your own personal name.You can use real estate as a vehicle for your debt snowball to remove all personal debt, while at the same time having millions in business debt which you are not personally guaranteeing.

@Jessica Zolotorofe  it was not excluded, apparently if you have a trampoline  you have to tell them  and unregistered vehicles too which was another thing they canceled for.

Indirect expenses would be those such as the sales team(Unless it is marketing related to one specific project), Your work shop, vehicles, officer salaries, etc.

The difference is - they've got assets, while you've got not much :)An LLC is an asset protection vehicle, if set up as a true flow-though LLC.
