Thanks to some of the input here i have to look into opening up some business account and see how i can transfer the credit card debt over to relieve some stress. 

Since the people living in there home defaulted on making mortgage payments does the mortgage transfer to the house and im responsible to pay off the remaining balance?

I know there's LLC transfers but not sure if its allowed in West Virginia.

BUT - with that, you want to get started - which makes it tough.Here’s something you might not have thought about… if you cash out refi your property your county tax assessor will quite possibly treat the refi as a sale of the property - which will trigger a re-evaluation of the taxes on your property to the higher value of the new loan… even though you didn’t transfer the property to anyone.  

I heard you can put your properties in a land trust and then transfer them from you to your LLC if you wanted anonymity of the ownership your properties, that's just one aspect.
