The inconsistency I suppose lies outside of the paperwork. 

To me I think the technology and the ability to vet services easier with more trustworthy review engines has made it much easier now than it was for my grandparents or parents.

These storing/printing/technology fees will range anywhere from $100-$500 per month.

So have had a property for 8 years and now am required to allow pets in Victoria Australia after each tenant property becomes less and less populated of plants ,one keen vegetable gardener even lied to my face and said my plants had died naturally in order to pull them out and saw back my trees.

Main thing is to understand what you are signing in terms of monies and due dates and disclosures.Also understand where the listing agents loyalties lie.

I recommend that you spend your hard earned money on repairing the foundation rather than on litigation that may or may not go your way (I'm always shocked at how people tell the boldest face lies in a court of law!). 

I am open to other areas, Jacksonville is just where my comfort lies now.
