@Patrick PhilipIt seems like people will sue for anything these days so it'd be best to get with an attorney and hammer out a lease that covers such aspects of tenant liability and owner liability.

But, I am very selective in who I partner with, all aspects are clearly spelled out in the Agreements and I wait until everything is in place before making an offer on a house.

What aspect are you changing/doing better?

Shows my level of technological prowess...So my phone number has an area code a couple thousand miles from where I'm sending my mailers;  I won''t go into the reasons why, but I could swear in a Wholesaling BP podcast someone mentioned a Google voicemail or something that you could use a different phone number, without buying another phone and adding a phone line to my service.Any ideas? 

These areas were already tech hubs based on big technology companies that have been there for 30+ years. 

I’ve considered the personal/privacy implications and decided to go ahead, so pls no advice on that aspect.
