We know some of them suffered significant consequences from the risks they took.I do not know what percentage of BP users think that current conventional refinance rules that refinance to 70% LTV is risky but I suspect it is a very small percentage.

You want those terms already in place and they ARE normal for when a property is sold with an existing tenant.There was one exception to that (for me) and it was with an out-of-state wholesaler and I suspect an inexperienced seller/REI.
