Hi Lisa,Yes, you will have to get a new survey and work with the city, but its just legal paperwork.

Last time I checked, you even get 3 free documents before they make you pay for a membership.

I didn’t get much value out of them and discontinued my membership at the end of the year.

They want to see history on the property in terms of financials, improvements, survey data, code violations, etc. 

I had one of the properties im subdividing surveyed, and it appears there was a carport  encroaching about 3-4 ft on my property.
