The Austin RENC and REIA are both owned by Phil & Shenoah Grove. Most of the meeting is a sales pitch, though they do provide some information toward the end of the meeting. They are flippers, and so the meetings are heavily geared toward flipping. I never found much of a valuable networking opportunity there. That said, it's pretty inexpensive to join if you want to try it out for yourself.
