You should have a state Real Estate Commission...they can most certainly give you a definitive answer (assuming you phrase the question in a sufficiently detailed fashion -- I wouldn't use the term "wholesaling" or anything like that).

Do not use the "open mesh cloth" on metal or painted surfaces, as it will scratch.

I fixed them up and put them back on the market in serial fashion, each one subtly raising the comps in the neighborhood and forcing appreciation on the other houses I had in inventory.

Its also a lighter gauge material & on the install they did crack one piece so I would assume it's prone to stress cracking.Also be wary of the lighter gauge granite from China it is very prone to cracking & will surface scratch easily.We have Granite throughout our kitchen & house (14 years now) & it takes an amazing amount of abuse.

I'd go with a surface that provides some slip resistance, like a rough tile or carpet.
