Except heat pumps are not good under about 18 degrees, they need a separate 50A circuit for supplemental heat strips.But that's what I did for my own home after checking the math between propane and electric prices during the winter.It depends a lot on the different fuel prices during the winter in each area too....

I second the rental amount (for the neighborhood) because that is a very nice upscale home.My other thought is to me it's aimed at (for lack of a better term) Yuppies...higher income folks who like to entertain and show off an upscale living space.Are there a lot of those types around or are they few and far between.

Unless the window was open and didn't have a screen in it and was close to the road; you'd have to have some really good aim to toss a lit firework from a moving car into a house on a lot, and it would have to be heavy enough to carry far enough to make it through the window which just happened to not have a screen in it.
