I most likely wont be practicing until I graduate in two years, but right now since it's the summer I have a load of free time to take the course and study for the exam.

Having said that, I can assure you that maintaining contractor relationships, scheduling the work, overseeing the work - is killer time consuming and is definitely a loss leader for your PM.

@Jonny Van Dyck are the higher end places easier to maintain or do you find tenants contact you for maintenance quiet regularly?
