If you are one of few rentals on the street, assure them that you plan on making sure the house and neighborhood are going to be treated well and you will have strict policies on excessive noise and parking.Invite the neighbors over as you are working on setting up your new place so they can see what the inside looks like and get to know what the status quo of the property should be so they will know when something isn’t right!

You can't even have a camera facing the street (like at the main front door for example) without a special exemption (which you won't get) since it infringes on people's privacy.It's hard to say where the smart lock journey is going but the company that stays flexible and evolves to create the most compatible (door- and lock-types), easy to install, maintain and use solution, will be around in years to come.

I recently started using Buildium and I am trying to figure out how to properly set up the Owner structure in Buildium.The Property is 123 Street which is Owned by 123 Street LLC. 123 Street LLC has two partners, 123 Street Partner 1 LLC and 123 Street Partner 2 LLC.I am trying to figure out how to reflect the two partners correctly in the Owner setup which will book the accounting correctly as well as give the Partner's "owner" access to the property online.I called Buildium support to try to get some feedback on how to set it up, but I don't think the person I spoke to understood the structure.Does anyone have and experience with Buidlium using direct and indirect holding companies?

This is looking toward the street outside.Master BathOutdated tubOutdated cabinetry / sink combo.Master Bdr - Fire place is nice but needs remodel, wall unit ac is yuck IMO.Outdated kitchenLots of loose electrical like this, just hanging out randomly in several areas.There's many more pics, but just with these I'm sure you get a good idea of the extent of the scope of work needed to be done to not only repair the home, but to bring it into the 21st century.Your thoughts?
