You need to get the bank to provide written confirmation the check is no good or go ahead and deposit in your bank to get a returned NSF notification.

I know that there are many posts out there about different forms of rent collections but I wanted to go ahead and see what everyone is using today!

Can we just go ahead and call them or do we need to check first if ther number is on the do not call list?  

I jumped way ahead with my knowledge of RE investing. 

We just list that extra stuff in an email and that works ok.I also get a copy of their driver's license same as if they had booked online.Most people just mail me a check and I get it a month or so ahead of their stay so it has had time to clear.

Do we have to pay for the inspection ahead of knowing whether or not the inspector can enter?

Update: Went ahead and set up the LLC on my own... forget legal zoom or any other similar sites!
