The problem is that grasshopper requires a separate account for each call tree and the app can only be logged into one at a time so I can only see notifications for one number at a time.Does anyone know of any solutions to this?

(bad place for a crawl space obviously, but it is covered nicely with a trap door that we refinished)Is there anyone with experience in a situation like this that has a solution that could put both us and the buyers at ease? 

Two solutions: Partner with someone on a deal who also has money to put into it.

The solution to that was providing bracing, but I'm not sure how I feel about this being a long term fix. 

Easy solutions. 

I may contact him to talk about if he has had any problems and see if there are solutions in the code.

Contractors don't like that either for the inherent fire risk.So unless someone is in the 0.01% financially and really wants to be the cool kid on the block, traditional solar represents a vastly better solution.

I knew immediately that I wasn’t going to accept this and that I would not live my life working hard just to scrape by.As a fresh college grad with a fancy degree and 6 months of (relevant) work experience it didn’t take me long to find a solution.
