My accountant doesn't care about that for tax purposes, but I wanted to easily see those numbers in the same place where I was tracking everything else.

I would contact the county to see where you can get the list.

So far, where I'm at is to just go ahead and take a chance with the refinance as is.

Where I invest (East Central Indiana) there are many used mobile homes for sale (mostly in mobile home parks) and vacant lots for sale. 

If there was something material that changed the pricing they might not be able to get it back to where it was originally though.

This is not a mom&pop shop where you might find bad bookkeeping.I don't see how any lender underwrites this in the absence of data. 

I foresee that we are at the point where we need to really hone in our processes and procedures, so that we can scale well because we have just sort of been shooting from the hip.
