Hello all,  I’m looking to sell my starter home, my short question would be… should I hire an agent or try to find a buyer for myself? 

Can usually allot 5-10% vacancy factor and same for maintenance.Class B usually also okay, but needs more attention from owner and/or PMC.

If these properties you beleive are so easy to come by do not appreciate into owner occupied neighborhoods (as I suspect they are not at this time), what is your exit?

You bump the sales price 10% since you're offering owner financing and get a 10% down payment.

And hint, hint - a deal is not typically an average- good condition or rehabbed house for 10% below market value, from an unmotivated owner.

If that is the case then they should be using the standard fannie mae docs especially if its owner occupied.

I worked for the owner for several years and grew to know all of the tenants and systems the owner had.

Is there any online legal sites that I can obtain the wording or form to do the 10-day statutory notice regarding right of redemption to remove the prior owners for a foreclosure I bought at auction.
