Why pay high premiums with high deductibles if there’s plans that reward you with full coverage of your healthy with ZERO deductible and low premium.

Hotels are very limited in my immediate area so our house brings in a premium.

Never having to worry about a roof or windows/doors again.The roof and windows are built to last well over 50 years, and that is why we put that kind of warranty on our products, so it is a premium product, but it comes at a pretty average investment when you compare it to costvsvalue.comSo the main question, would it be of value for an investor to buy a guaranteed 50 year roof and/or windows?

Too many jump to the worst-case scenario, but if you were going to do light rehab what's the big deal (if they are nice people and take care of the house) to let them stay until they find a house and pay a small premium for doing it.

Will go to 80%+ LTV on investment, but you'll pay a big premium for it on points and rate going over 75 LTV. 

For a busy gc, small projects aren't worth doing, unless you charge a premium. 

Now I dont create these notes for 4X of what i am in the property but i do get a premium over basis..  

I literally placed the order before reading your post and decided to go with:BEHR PREMIUM PLUS 5 gal.

I'm aware of FHAs being 3.5% down payment compared to 5-20% for conventional, with the downside being a mortgage insurance premium requirement.
