Near the end, I discovered that the power was cut off by the seller so the sump pump stopped working.

Hi everyone, do any of the seasoned commercial investors out there have some recommendations regarding websites (or other tools for that matter) to evaluate commercial properties for things like cap rates, price/sq ft., etc. other than Loopnet, CoStar or the MLS?

My passion is music.Having said that, I know that real estate is a great investment tool.

The best way for a buy and hold investor with a 100k in cash to build a rental real estate portfolio is to buy 4 asset using the power of leverage, in my opinion.
