Maybe it's mobile homes, or buying houses that require bigger rehabs, or buying 2 br houses near colleges, adding a bedroom and putting in 3 renters?

Buy a portable LED worklight (or better yet, two of them; Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. have them).

I have had a few ideas of dropping portable storage solutions on there and making a mini storage facility, beekeeping and selling off parking spaces but I’m wondering what other people have done in these situations.

Purchase price: $36,000 Cash invested: $4,000 Mobile Home Park in disrepair.

As time passed they purchased 2 more homes (Mobile) and put them on the opposite side of the property and rented them out for income. 

It might work but for the most part modular homes are just rebranded mobile homes and have a similar although slightly higher resale value than mobile homes. 

@Catheryn Barry I’m always looking for used mobile homes, I’m in Central Maine, keep me in mind if you come across any as I’m sure they aren’t your target property. 

I'm interested to hear about single family homes and mobile homes in mobile home parks and/or mobile homes on private land.
