@Bill ExeterThat would be Bill, I read that as $1,000 savings, not 11K Ooopps.That 3 of 5 years must be owner occupied or rental conversion where that 3 year thing popped up, when I'm not sure, I'll say I believe and check with the expert on 1031s.
