But if you can prove you are a capable person (good job, education, or other business) and you have a good personal credit history then you should be able to find a loan.Two things to note, this will be a commercial loan, so it may only have a 20-25 year amortization period and potentially adjustable rate every few years.The other thing is that they will probably want a personal guarantee.

It doesn't make sense from a cost benefit standpoint, because the buyer may not be capable of buying the property which is now unsellable to anyone else because of a protracted legal situation.

The idea is to have that individual bring a wholesaler with 1-3 deals more than them into the group, and so on, until we have a game-changing group of 5-7 investors, capable of learning from each others growth, and the ability to weather this ever-growing market we're in!

I’ve recently started moving towards using my own PowerApp for managing my rentals now that I’ve increased my portfolio where tenants can submit requests and I can track expenses with dashboarding capabilities on PowerBi.Good luck and hope this helps!
