Ask about living habits, if they smoke/drink (if thats a problem for you), if they have pets, if friends or a significant other that would be visiting a lot, why they are moving, how long they need a place, and anything else you would want to know.

The seller told me she has an attached to the property because she raised your family there but her husband has some health issues so she doesn’t have the time to take care of her husband and some others properties at the same time so that’s why she is selling.
