My pet peeve is seeing people with cabinets going super high where people need a step ladder to access the contents.

Works on petrochem fumes at work, pet smells at home, and cigars stench at granpas.

If the landlord is doing something shady then there should be other easier avenues to pursue (health and safety violations) and you could tack this on to make your case.

FOUR KIDS and FOUR pets and 2 adults for a one bedroom apartment? 

Ask about living habits, if they smoke/drink (if thats a problem for you), if they have pets, if friends or a significant other that would be visiting a lot, why they are moving, how long they need a place, and anything else you would want to know.

If you find any lease violations (e.g. illegal pets, illegal drugs) you can evict for that.  

The seller told me she has an attached to the property because she raised your family there but her husband has some health issues so she doesn’t have the time to take care of her husband and some others properties at the same time so that’s why she is selling.  

But forcing like that might create disturbances and arguments.If you sign a lease for your own apartment it could be dog inside is OK (if you follow the apartment rules for pets).Good Luck!

Certainly the health “experts” are all wrong left and right about the covid mania and suspect same about the real estate “experts” quoted in this article.

Tenant is fully aware of my concerns with the property (HVAC and Windows) and is satisfied with the overall health of the Condo.
