Before I choose a style of investing in real-estate I will continue to read up on the topic.

Availability is a bit of a mix between 1970's apartment style duplexes and older historic homes that have been converted to 4-plexes.

Your fluid, stream-of-consciousness style is very Faulkneress and can be challenging to read for some.

In order to split the property up, you would have to subdivide the lot if it can be converted into a townhouse style side by side.

Most of it doesn't sound too good to be true, but it does have the cheesy, infomercial-style photos of a guy with his car that has "Make $20000 a month with me" on the back, and people celebrating on the beach. hahaI wanted to see what your thoughts are on this.

Over time, it become essentially a trailer park, with a mix of trailers and small "chalet" style single families on very small lots and subject to extraordinary assessments for things like water and sewer work.
