Me: I am a traditional Chinese Medicine doctor + clinic owner, surfer, world traveler, and mama (/servant) to an especially lovely Kelpie pup.

It's really old and was not put in by the current owners so I don't believe its an intentional cover up.The inspector says the foundation doesn't make him nervous, but of course that's one person's opinion and people do miss things.Considering having a structural engineer take a look as ripping out the floors in the basement is out of the question.Any thoughts or suggestions?

How old is the roof, HVAC, etc?

People from the around the world want to invest here (especially in multi-family), and inventory is extremely low across all types of real estate, especially single family homes. 

That happens a lot in the rental world.

I’m 19 years old working part time and am seriously committed to starting real estate investing but being my age how is it possible to invest when I’m only paid $250 every 2 weeks and on top I live with family which will be moving soon?

If you are knocking out all the major capital costs up front before renting that number of $120 per month may be higher than what you need (not the end of the world...I find it better to be safe than sorry).
