BP folks,When buying new property and trying to estimate property taxes, I know we can look at the county tax assessor website to know the property taxes paid, are there other resources/tools that you use to find the exact property tax percentage and how much it has increased year over year?

they determined that a lot of the theft was from the workers that worked for the contractors and new the lock box codes coming back and stealing stuff or telling their cousins etc. 3. pull into gas station and have to lock your car when you leave and head on a swivel  or simply do not buy gas there at all to dangerous. its these type of things the locals are raised with and us OUT of state folks have no clue about especially if we were not raised around that environment we simply dont know what we dont know.. 

A lot of folks talk about a housing bubble and maybe that is so for some areas, but in my opinion Middle TN isn't and won't be one of those places.

It seems everything out there now with all the buyers leaves homes in areas not worth it or retail, thats it.Questions, what would you folks do?

Having boots on the ground is key and there are many folks here that won't have the money that you have.

The borrower is extremely unlikely see see this change because pricing is still based on the lowest mid-score.I've found that people get easily confused by this because most folks don't know what an AUS is
