Hello,I'm looking for toilet recommendations to use in a rental house.Since I'm responsible for paying for the water, I would like something with a low water usage that still gets the job done effectively, and has as few issues as possible.What brand/model would you guys recommend?

You can always reecaluate in 2-3 years before the capital gains issue kicks in, but all signs are that homes in Denver will be go up in value between now and when you really need to make a decision.

It seems your issue is two fold, partially due to poor underlayment/uneven floor and thickness of the LVP can play into that too.

He did an inspection when I took out a load bearing wall and ran some new outlets and lighting circuits,  didn't have any issue with me doing all that myself.

Another concern i have is the backyard has a BIG hill which is pretty dangerous to mow and could be a liability, however i could always include lawn care as part of the rent to avoid safety issues.
