No, they don't.They are selling dreams, not an education.It's often due to your lack of education, life experiences, specific real estate knowledge that allows them to sell you on ideas of making money that allows them to be successful.The other thing is that they pitch hype, about real estate being simple, easy, that anyone can do it, anyone can learn.
