I want to move from single family into multifamily myself, but I will say that as a newer investor, 2 or 3 or however many sets of tenants can prove to be more work than one, and you want to be mindful of that.

The exception to that in my mind was if you planned to do any improvements that would add value to the home, but since you are buying turnkey, that doesn't sound like the case.
