@Rob Bianco I think the main point of it hurting your cash flow is because you aren't using it to buy ANOTHER rental property that could be cashing flowing in addition to the ones you already own.

Hi Lawerence,No FHA will only lend on 1 home to you if you intend to occupy it as your main residence.
