You need to also think about other expenses like vacancy, insurance, maintenance, taxes, marketing, legal and any other misc expenses related to these propertiesSo as you can see, there is a lot to keep in mind especially when looking at these bigger deals and it becomes more important in your analysis given the age of the property and how well the previous owner managed the property.
