Clear communication is definitely important but I don't think good spelling is particularly important.

Completely agree and definitely feel this would be valuable to most people just getting started here on BP.

As far as mobility goes, this is what I'm personally hoping to accomplish in my life outside of real estate, there are plenty of resources (tumbleweedtinyhouses.com) that provide information regarding the legalities of what is considered to be a "mobile" home and everything involved on that end of things.
