What is the best for signing leases online?

You apparently can download your leads to your own database so you don't lose them but do they lose your contact info?  

An abandonment study performed in tandem with a cost seg could lead to some big write offs.

@Jason Ma Broker reports (they leverage and pay for databases), market research (online sources, personal network) and conversations with other investors/lenders/brokers/property managers.

Most of my investors are experienced and do much of their lead gen on their own.

We are wanting to get this place brought up to the current times and try to automate payments and accept them online.
