by the way replacing the septic system involves an inspection process by the local health department etc permits the whole 9 -- and its usually a 2 month wait dealing with the red tape -- at least in my area!

Prior to that however, someone needs to look at the space BELOW, to see if there is rotting subfloor or joists from a long, slow, leak; or mold that has grown and could be causing health issues.

Tobacco under RJR and Textiles were the main local economic pillars Winston-Salem was built around, in the most recent time Baptist Health, and Wake Forest have begun to make Winston-Salem one of the leading medical research hubs.

Don't know your market or what the stands look like but if it were me I would let stand health and your goals dictate the harvest schedule. 

I had an opportunity to manage a housing program for individuals with mental health struggles in Erie and Niagara Counties and I LOVED it.

However, mental health also encompasses financial well-being, which from my experience isn't addressed enough.
