It definitely wouldn’t be a BRRRR, more of a B&R (Buy and Rent lol) but it would Cashflow.I was hoping to get some pro tip input on this topic if anyone can help.

One final tip that works for us is look around at what other landlords are doing to their properties and make yours a little better and then put your property up for rent a little cheaper initially .

its general to buying any rental property that you cant see does not matter where it comes from.I reflect back on a conversation I had with an Active duty military a few months back he had donated to our Charity aheroshome.org which BP has generously offered to be the chairty of choice along with other local charities at bPcon.
