Good evening, Being a wholesaler and new to the industry, has anyone every been asked by a seller to show proof of funds as a wholesaler and if so do you have any suggestion how to handle such request; especially when my goal is to lock in the contract with the intent to do an assignment of the contract.

As a German, I don't like games and they just overplayed it and I really don't care any longer. 

It's really a numbers game so I'm going to keep pushing and marketing as much as possible. 

My husband and I are new to the BP and new to the real estate industry.

I think there is a lot of up side in that area given whats happened in the wine industry..

It's true that earlier in the game the lower reviews make more of an impact, but over time the law of averages takes over.

Or just hand them over to those who got ripped off, BETTER YET let's bring back the gladiatorial games, pay per view sentencing.... 

I guess what I'm looking for is some advice to someone that hasn't invested in any properties, doesn't own any properties, and is just looking to dip their toes in the industry.
