That would help you brush shoulders with wholesalers and other investors that will have offmarket inventory that might work.To the other person's point that posted as well, what's a "deal" to you.

All these folks these days bragging on their Instagram and Facebook showing their nice houses their latest car constantly posting their vacations etc etc..

(Although I'm getting conflicting reports and wildly variying estimates on post-move out quotes--from the same inspector!
