Right now, the focus is on finishing up a couple flips.

My dad was a banker and growing up I remember going to school in lots of different vehicles because it was his job to drive the repossessions every couple weeks to keep them in good order.

I  did not want 4 people in the apartment with a couple of them teenagers because of water use so I am glad I dodged that one. 

yes, I am looking for rental properties  for long term.I am also thinking like now-a-days properties are all time high, interest rates also not that much low...Should I go ahead or just do private lending for couple of years..until market come down.

Personally, I would see if I could do a couple more great flips. 

I have done a couple of owner financing in the past and carried notes 5 yrs ago. have some experience. but not the dot frank law. 

I went to my realtor’s office to talk about a couple multi-family properties, and while going over them he shows me a listing for 3 laundromats.

The third floor is 3-bed/2 full baths and the fourth floor is 2 bed/2 full bath.This area has a high demand for rentals.

They have perfect credit scores 830 and 790 ( I received the credit reports) (They are a retired couple 69 and 62 no children). 

I own a couple lines of credit and have saved a good amount of money.
