Here is a short list of some of my favorite upgrades on multis to keep tenants happy and get fewer phone calls.- WiFi- assigned parking spaces, numbered- separate laundry or a laundry schedule for tenants- separated backyard area if you have it, equal space for all tenants- cleaning service at least every quarter, sounds like a benefit to the tenant, but it's also a spy for you
