I am a mid level real estate investor with scaling pains and would like to know what Mastermind groups are out there for investors with 20+ units that are looking to grow to 500+ units.

@Chris Good  is this something that you have ever experienced?

I know a lot of people are much smarter than me when it comes to financing deals, and I am asking you to give me some real options of how to grow my portfolio while still leveraging my cash, and not getting eaten alive by lending costs. 

All of that being said, in the eyes of the City, if they do not have any record of work ever being done to finish the attic space then regardless of if you make it separate unit or a Duplex, you would need to obtain a building permit and bring all work completed upo to "Current Code Compliance".

@John O'Leary I am interested in a mastermind as well to expand our network and grow our business.
